General Rules

 

• No pit bikes or e-bikes aloud in pit area

• Fighting with crew, spectators, riders or anyone is unacceptable. You will be asked to leave immediately

• We do not allow foul language at our staff or each other at our events. If abused you may be asked to leave

• No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the Perris Raceway property

• We do not have a fuel restriction

• Helmets are mandatory when riding at all times

• No Burn-Outs or Starts in the Pit Area

• Minor children must always be accompanied by an adult 

• During a red flag: All crew, parents, spectators and friends must stay off the track until ambulance or EMT reach the rider. The track is considered cold until track staff states to resume

• Please read class rules, class qualifications, and pit map prior to attending race day

• Track officials have final say in all above

• JC Racing Productions has Zero Tolerance for reckless, abusive, or disrespectful behavior at our events

• Please conduct yourself respectfully at JCRP events and on social media. We work extremely hard to bring a fun and safe environment for the entire community. Please contact us through email with any issue that you may have. Bad social media and press is not only harmful to our brand but the entire racing community in general. Poor behavior on social media will result in being banned from JCRP events. Racing with us is a privilege and we appreciate all your support.

 

Tech Rules

 

• Throttle needs to return freely

• Bring Helmet up for tech inspection with motorcycle

• Wheels and spokes in good working order

• Exhaust must be properly and securely mounted

• Mufflers are mandatory

• Seat must be properly secured

• Number plates must be clean, clear, and visible

• Rear brakes must be functional, with the exception of the brakeless class motorcycles

 

Starting Line

 

• Two lines, six riders per line

• The starter will determine pole position for the first rider

• Riders must stay behind the line until the green light is on

• Jump the start and you go to the penalty line

• If a rider misses the first start, they may not start any restarts

 

Starting Procedures

 

• Lights and or flags may be used at the starting line

Flags/ Lights

 

• The starter must be in the starting circle to start the race

• Red flag = stop. Green flag = go. Yellow flag = keep racing with caution. Blue flag = move over. Black flag = stop and report to the starter.

• Red flag on the first lap is a complete restart. Red flag after lead rider completes the first lap will be a staggered restart. The rider that causes the restart will start on the penalty line.
